Naomi completed hospitality qualifications at the Canberra Institute of Technology in 1994 and has since developed extensive small business management experience through successfully owning and operating three cafes in prominent Canberra locations of Barton and Civic, as well as being a partner in her husband’s house building and maintenance business. For several years Naomi also owned and operated her own retail shop at the Canberra Brand Depot.
Naomi considers the basis of her success has been her professional approach to all facets of small business management including providing outstanding customer service, good staff management and attention to financial accounting.

After completing her ACT Principle Licence Naomi has worked in both ACT and NSW property management

Naomi and her husband have owned a property portfolio in Canberra of up to five properties and more recently designed and built their own house in the Canberra suburb of Casey.

Outside work, Naomi’s activities revolve around her two children including such roles as Parent Liaison at her children’s school. She also enjoys playing competitive netball and gym activities.

Lara brings with her 23 years of experience within the customer service industry ranging from hospitality, retail and reception work. She has worked in some interesting venues such as Parliament House, Hyatt Hotel Canberra, Sydney Casino at The Astral and many more. She has more recently held a position working for 11 years for an Australian Designer fashion label and she has vast experience in Management and training roles. She has completed her ACT Principles Licence which entitles her to own and operate an agency within the ACT , therefore she is now fully qualified to meet her clients every needs.

Personally Lara has achieved many things in life, she grew up in Papua New Guinea and has traveled around the globe which gave her a greater perspective for the world and its people. She has brought and sold several houses and units within her own portfolio so understands the complexities of these transaction and will be able to guide you through the ins and outs.  Her most recent project was to build her own home and that was successfully achieved while raising two cheeky children, selling a property and working part time. She is not afraid of a challenge and always endeavors to do her utmost to assist her clients in getting a win/win conclusion to every transaction.
